# Data Processing Addendum (DPA)

This lightweight DPA applies when you are a **business / platform** that embeds SQLGuard and instruct us to process personal data contained in SQL, DDL, mandates, or agent identifiers (“Customer Data”) solely to provide the Service.

## 1. Roles

- **You (Customer):** Controller (or equivalent) of Customer Data you submit.
- **SQLGuard Inc / DoggyBagg (Processor):** Processes Customer Data only to provide attestation, payment reconciliation, abuse prevention, and support as instructed via the API.

Individual wallet buyers using the Service for their own agents are covered primarily by the Privacy Policy; this DPA is for platform embeddings.

## 2. Nature and purpose

Processing: storage, transmission, sandbox evaluation, hashing, logging, and settlement metadata necessary to issue/verify certificates and operate credits.

## 3. Duration

For the term of your use plus retention in [Privacy](/privacy) §6, then deletion or anonymization except where law requires retention (e.g. settlement records).

## 4. Instructions

Your documented instructions are: process payloads submitted to published endpoints for the Service; do not use Customer Data for unrelated advertising.

## 5. Security

See [Security](/security) and Privacy §7. Notify hello@doggybagg.cc without undue delay after confirming a personal-data breach affecting Customer Data we process.

## 6. Subprocessors

Listed in Privacy §5 (hosting, database, facilitators, fonts/CDN as applicable). We will post material subprocessor changes on that page.

## 7. International transfers

As described in Privacy §8. Where required, contact us for additional transfer terms.

## 8. Assistance

Reasonable assistance for data-subject requests that pertain to data we hold, subject to verification and fees if excessive. You remain responsible for responding to your end users.

## 9. Order of precedence

If this DPA conflicts with Terms on processing of Customer Data, this DPA controls for that subject. Commercial Terms otherwise control.
