## Notice

If you believe content hosted or processed by SQLGuard infringes your copyright, send a notice to **hello@doggybagg.cc** with subject `DMCA` including:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed infringed
3. Identification of the material (URL, agent id, timestamp, payload hash if known)
4. Your contact information
5. A statement of good-faith belief that use is not authorized
6. A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act
7. Consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the district where you reside (or Delaware if outside the US) and acceptance of service of process from the notifier

## Counter-notice

If material was removed and you believe it was a mistake, email a counter-notice with the statutory elements to the same address.

## Submissions

SQL/DDL/mandate text you submit must be content you have rights to process. The Operator may remove or block abusive submissions.
