SQLGuard provides **sandbox and policy attestation tooling**. It is **not**:

- a guarantee that SQL is safe to run in production;
- a substitute for code review, DBA approval, backups, or change management;
- legal, compliance, or insurance advice;
- a custodian or exchange.

**Blockchain / USDC risk:** Digital asset payments can be irreversible, volatile in fee markets, and subject to network outages. Facilitators and chains are third parties outside Operator control.

**Agent risk:** Autonomous agents may mis-buy, overspend, or mis-apply certificates. You set budgets and human oversight.

**No professional relationship:** Use of the Service does not create an attorney–client, fiduciary, or partnership relationship.
